Notes:

  • Takki will debut as director.
  • He’ll be the 2nd person in Johnnys to be director of his own stage play, at age 28.
  • The first was Nikki-san, who was director at age 30.
  • This show is the 5th year of “Takizawa Enbujo”. Due to the renovation of Kabuki-za, most of its stage plays will move over to Shimbashi Enbujo (where Takizawa Enbujo was staged for 4 years). So, Takizawa Enbujo will move to Nissay Theatre.
  • And because of the change in venue, Takki feels that he can’t call the show “Takizawa Enbujo”, so he decided that its name will be changed to “Takizawa Kabuki”. The show is expected to return to Shimbashi Enbujo as “Takizawa Enbujo” in 2013.
  • Ippan balloting allowed apart from opening show and senshuuraku.
  • Final show of Takizawa Kabuki will be the 250th show for Takizawa Enbujou :)
