(While Mich is blogging up a storm XD) Hisashiburi da ne, minna-san~~~ sighhh, its been a long week. TGIF!! Working on the other Genba reports right now, but since this one is more important… have to post this one first.

Rough translation of Genba Report #6

a prompt report of the premiere

「Continuing from the first “Orthros no Inu” premiere that happened on the 18th, Takizawa-san, Nishikido-san, and Mizukawa-san were invited to today’s premiere and talk show!! A total of 130,000 people applied for this viewing!! From those, we randomly picked out 150 people. And with everyone’s participation, the premiere officially started.

By the way, those who participated perhaps didn’t notice this, but Director Katou Shin (who filmed Episode 1 and 2) was also there. He wanted to witness the live response of the viewers, so he secretly came to watch this event.

After the show was over, everyone sighed in reaction to the speedy progression of the plot in the first episode. Everyone also seemed like they were immediately interested in what’s going to happen in episode 2. Can’t blame them since the episode ended on a very worrisome note. In the end, Nishikido-san’s answer was “He didn’t save my keitai phone number.” Then Takizawa-san explained, “But Nishikido never told me he changed his number!” and Nishikido-san replied “No, I did!”

In the end, Nishikido-san said “I wont give in.” Needless to say, the comical arguing between the two sent swirls of laughter around the venue.

By the way, when the announcer asked Mizukawa-san about Takizawa-san’s angelic side, she said (borrowing Nishikido-san’s answer) “That would also be his handsome visage.”

the rest of the paragraph talked about a new mobile site called “Orthros Horoscope.” It’s only available to those who have a Japanese keitai and are subscribed to the Orthros no Inu mobile site. After the first episode and every week after that, they will send out a horoscope quiz (there are two options for each question) and doing the quiz would tell you whether you are more of an angel or a devil that week. These fortune readings will be done by the “fortune navigator” Agatha, who is supposedly quite good at fortune telling.
