This summer just keeps getting better and better ne~
On today’s Zip and Mezamashi, it was announced that our Tono has become the goodwill ambassador of Micronesia!!!
Tono was appointed the role at a swearing-in ceremony in Pohnpei last weekend.
Uwahhh~ so proud of our Tono!!! He has always had an interest in politics, so he must be so excited to take on this important role! Tono, hontoni omedetou gozaimasu!! This proves once again that he is so much more than just a pretty face and we hope this will open up a whole new world of opportunities for him!

(Mich and I were laughing at the fact that we actually had to google “Micronesia” because we didn’t even know where Micronesia was! And yet we’re fans of the Micronesian Goodwill Amabassador! LOL~ So if you’re also scratching your head about this place, take a look at its Wikipedia page ^^;)

I wish we could see more of him but it’s wonderful to know that he’s doing so many things aside from his acting and singing career. Truly, Tono is worthy to be an idol and to be idolized.
I wish there would be a new dorama or movie special from him..I miss watching him act and I can’t watch any of his concerts since I don’t live anywhere near Japan..huhuhu!

Sometime I imagine that Tackey may have invested something, like resort, there. As we know that it’s not the well-known land, so, in my opinion, there must be some reason to be there but not concern with entertainment.
