Takki volunteering in Iwate Prefecture!

Yesterday on May 15, Tono volunteered at the “Children’s gathering & Rice Distribution & Kamen Raider Show” event, which took place at the “Auto Campground Mobiria” in Rikuzentakata city, Iwate Prefecture.

The campground is currently a refuge shelter for the local evacuees.

According to a mixi blogger, Tono was participating as a staff and paid close attention to all the minor details as he worked. During the Kamen Rider performance, he was directing the show with his earphone mic and was also really nice/gentle when trying to control all the overexcited kids. “He read the atmosphere of the whole place and was considerate of everyone’s feelings as he worked.”

Tono allowed his picture to be taken and even gave out signatures to some people. But this mixi blogger actually got a chance to chat with Tono and when he/she asked for a signature, Tono was nice enough to add a cute drawing next to his signature!

Apparently, no other big celebrities were present at this event, so it seems like this volunteer work was something that Tono had decided to do on his own/in private. But the black and pink jersey jackets (worn by all the participating staff, including Tono) had an infinity sign on the front, so some fans are guessing that perhaps this event was hosted or sponsored by Infinity.
