Yesterday was my youngest bro’s 19th bday! ^^ A rather eventful day for me too. Sorry I’ve been making quite a few personal posts here recently hehe… Takitsuba drought is kinda killing me. Actually, it’s not knowing what Tono’s up to that’s killing me.

Woke up at 7am coughing lol, had breakfast, then headed off to class. I was on time. 9am, I reached class, and there were only 5 of us around when Sensei walked in. She gave me the first surprise of the day. After telling Y-san that she can be promoted to PA2, she suddenly turned to me & said, “Michelle-san, PA2 ikimasu ka?” and I was stunned. I stared back at her, and after a good few seconds, I said “ikimasu”. I don’t even know if it made sense lol~ coz this was only my 6th lesson. I was happy of course! But on the other hand, I thought Sensei might have made a mistake, coz I don’t think I’m good enough. I even blanked out in class yesterday~ which was chou embarrassing! I made a stupid mistake… no, TWO stupid mistakes actually. Too embarrassing to say exactly what it was, but it’s to do with mistaking “atama ga yokunarimashita” for “atama ga itakunakunarimashita” and “atama ga itakunarimashita”…. whatever the case, my stupid answers made everyone laugh, including Sensei… and myself!! I couldn’t stop laughing… Maa~ 9am really isn’t that good a timing for class. I’m still in lalaland yo~ :D

After class, we went to look at the PA2 schedules and… long waiting list desu ne. I called Ribi & she decided to continue her PA2 too, so I put us down for the Sat 10.30am class. We might have to wait until October before there’re available places. So, I’ll have 2 more lessons for PA1, then there’ll be no lessons for abt 3 months. I hope my nihongo won’t be rusty by then. I figure, I can keep subbing and translating stuff to try to “keep in touch” (my excuses haha~). Y-san says she’ll continue PA1 even though she can be promoted, coz she doesn’t want to lose touch within that 3 months, but that also means extra $$ yo~ I can’t afford to do that… Mich is poor… and Mich needs $$ to see Tono!!!! XDDD

Went to the hair salon after class, and sat there for 4 hours+ to get my hair rebonded OMG, I look like a freak! Mainly coz my fringe is now short. I look really weird with short fringe. Reminds me of Janet Ow’s hairstyle at one stage~ eeeeeks~ Ahhh, doushou~? How am I going to “face people” on Monday? Sigh~ That costs me $180. It’s quite cheap though, considering the length of my hair.

Chatted with Kat on the phone while waiting for my family to pick me up for dinner. Dinner was at Tampines Mall’s Seoul Garden. My cough and sore throat’s bound to get worse!! Actually I’m coughing non-stop now haha, until my bf’s chotto irritated. But I can’t stop at all. I cough every few seconds, so naturally my stomach’s aching and I’m a nuisance to the people around more than anything… :( But back to Seoul Garden… their Tom Yum Chicken is sooooo good!! kekeke~~~

After dinner, we did a bit of window shopping, and I went to the beauty section of Isetan, and found this $163 Estee Lauder Eye Cream that’s supposed to do wonders to my beyond-cure panda eyes and age-lines. But… I didn’t buy it (yet hehe?). Maa~ I’m still deciding na… Maybe I’ll finally get it few weeks later… Depends~ :D

My family were in the watch shop next door. My other bro bought a watch for himself, and I was looking around… and spotted my “dream watch”, one which I’ve been eyeing since… X years ago! Since my secondary school days kana… And I told my mom about it. Then come the 2nd surprise of the day! My mom just told the guy we’ll be taking it. She said she’ll buy it for me!!! Ahhh~~~ Ureshii yo~~:D When I reached home, I took this pic of my new watch… my wrist & my keyboard lol.

The design is still the same after so many years, and what attracted me then, and still attracts me now, is the belt :D And I chose the white face one (vs the black one). I think it looks nicer lol. I seldom wear watches, mainly coz my skin is sensitive. I’ll usually get rashes when I wear any accessories – watch, necklace, bracelet… . But the guy at the shop told me that the belt is stainless steel so it shouldn’t cause allergies. Okay, I’ll believe him for now haha. Anyway, this watch costs more than that eye cream of course! It’s CK!! (almost typed PK there~ lol~) Thank you, Mommy!! ♥
