Received my Kimi ga kureta Natsu DVD today, on release day! Amazon is really fast this time and cheaper too :) Here are the front & back covers. One is Irene’s, the other is mine hehe~
As with his past 24hr TV drama SP DVDs, the inner of the casing is very simple. There is a small leaflet thingie advertising the 24hr TV dramas over the years. Of course, seeing Takki’s name for 3 of them (1998, 2004 & 2007) makes me happy :)
I like the disc itself – simple but pretty hehe!

Like “Kokoro no Tobira” DVD, this one has no behind-the-scenes feature (“Chichi no Umi, Boku no Sora” had~). BUT, as this is my favourite of ALL of Takki’s drama SPs so far, I have no regrets at all buying the original hehe~
Actually, I’m half way through watching the disc now. Stopped only coz I remember I had to make this post lol. I was watching with Japanese subtitles, and it feels good that there are no sponsor text or red/yellow t-shirts floating around hehe~

Ok…I just finished watching this after 2 aborted tries (I started crying within 20 seconds so I had to stop). Out of the 1hr 41mins, I think I cried about 1hr 30 mins. I am seriously impressed. I think this is one of Takki’s best acting. What a beautiful little family!
