Aww, that was sweet about mentioning the ramen there ^_^ and he didn’t mention anything about the “incident” so I’m sure it didn’t affect T&T very much at all, and now they know how much their fans will protect them XD
Thanks for translating his blog post! at least you can translate most of it ;) I can only translate his name and the date on that post LOL
I really appriciate your translation ^_^
(I’m in computer class right now so I better keep this short LOL)
Mata ne
ooh, where do you get the original text?? o.O
wuhaAAAAAKKKK~~
sugoi desune~~ Shelle!! Good try!! ^^
but, he always write ‘otsukarechan’ desho? Who is she/he..?
Does he means ALL the FANS????? >>>>> US !! hehee ^_^;
Heyyyy, Shelle…great try at kanji there! (waaay better than I ever could lol) Me…shoot, I only took up hiragana/katakana, yo! lol :P I really need to ask Maiko-san to help me in my Japanese…uggh. As for ‘otsukarechan’…I have no clue what that means. lol I think I’ll b asking my friend myself. XDD Yes, kanji IS hard, even for someone like my friend, Maiko who’s fluent in it (incl. writing & understanding), and she’s born n’raised there as well. o_o Yea, she said it’s sorta hard becuz you have the ‘now’ dialects (slang, proper, etc.) and each person whom you speak with (depending upon the situation) varies. (i.e. friends, family, business, teens, strangers, adults, etc. etc.) And, don’t forget Prefectures too. lol Some pref. don’t understand either, esp. North of Japan.
Yea…totally sweet he mentioned about the ramen ne? When I went to Hokkaido/Sapporo area, we visited the Sapporo Beer Factory and had a glass of beeru. lol And, I had shabu-shabu for dinner on tour; not ramen. =(
Yep, and seems he left out the ‘incident’ which means that’s so great! =) I think those types of things that happen to them are sometimes common and I’m sure through the years they’ve seen it all so, it’s like nothing to them; really. They jus take things in stride, ‘in one ear & out the other’ they say. XDD (have to keep up the faith and the positive attitude)
Sorry shuduck but…if you’ve already read my reply to yours on ‘Dame!Con goods/items’ entry, jus forget ’bout reading this.
If not…my friend is actually going to the Nagoya Pref. con. XDD So, I jus sent her my check thru Exp. mail. (Stasya…if you’re reading this or ever visit here, have a SUPA FUN time, ne?? ^.^ Hey…dun forget to email me b4 u go, ok??)
Hey, shuduck…u haven’t emailed me lately. ^.^ I know you’re busy n’all but, give me a holla-email my way, so I know you’re still alive. lol j/k

*clap clap for yr 1st attemp ^_^
[i wish i will b able read japanese soon-__-” i will ganbate, study hard ne ^^
talking about ramen make me craving 4 ramen again ^^
keigi&Reiko~ i read somewhere that ‘otsukarechan’ is some quote from comedian or something sorry&correct me if im wrong i dont really remember much ^^
i think ‘otsukarechan’ just means ‘good job’ or ‘thank you’ or something like that, and not addressed to anyone in particular? i think it’s similar to ‘otsukaresama’? ah, please correct me if i’m wrong!! anyway, i looked up the dictionary for words i’m not sure of, and used the chinese translation as a reference too, so it’s not that i’m good lol~~~ i think takki’s simple wordings make things easier a bit~
yep, “otsukarechan” is just the short form of “otsukaresama”
and “-chan” and “-sama” are used to address people…so basically, if you REALLY had to translate it, i guess it’ll be something like “you guys who gave an effort [in supporting us]”…sorta like how michelle said it means “thank you”
=)
