Takki Tidbits

1) Takki updated Takiren today!! He got a question asking what kind of shoes he wears during rehearsals. Today they’re rehearsing the sword fighting scenes, so he’s wearing his tabi-like shoes (tabi are Japanese split-toe socks. To stick with the Kabuki theme, his shoes only look like tabi, but are not actual tabi).

As part of his answer, he took a picture of himself wearing the shoes and doing uchimata!!! So cute!!! He was also wearing his pink & purple plaid pants~ They look really comfortable ne ^^

But it’s so sweet of him to update Takiren today, knowing that we probably wanted to hear from him on his birthday~ Yappari, he really understands his fans! Arigatou Tono ♥

2) On March 27th, TV Asahi’s “Nakai Masahiro no Ayashii Uwasa no Atsumaru Toshokan” aired bonus footage from the episode that Takki was on! In the footage, Nakai-kun complimented Takki on his good looks. He said that out of the 60 million men in Japan’s population, Takki is most definitely within the top 30 when it comes to looks!! We agree, but in our opinion, he’ll always be number one? XD
