Takki will be in a new drama!! Ahhh… I’m so excited!!!! KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!! The title of this drama is 「雪之丞変化〠(Yukinojo Henge). It will be NHK’s New Year Ancient Drama Special, and will be aired in January, on the first three days of the New Year.
And Takki will take on 2 roles – including a female role!! At first, I was like “ONNAGATA??” *thinks of that white costume in Enbujou*… then after reading more, it seems like it’s about an actor Yukinojo who plays female roles in a kabuki troupe (that’s where the female roles come in I guess~). He finds the man who killed his parents and plans his revenge with the help of a theif Yamitaro (which will also be played by Takki).
Filming begins on 23rd (does this mean no movie with Jackie Chan?).

OH…..SPECIAL DRAMA AGAIN?
I REALLY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT TAKKI WILL GET NEW DRAMA, BUT IT IS “SPECIAL” AGAIN?
I THINK I’M QUITE HATE THIS WORD “SPECIAL”, THIS MEAN AROUND 2 HOURS DRAMA AGAIN.
BUT IT’S BETTER THAN NOTHING,AND WE WILL SEE TAKKI PLAY AS WOMAN AGAIN, HONTOO NI OTANOSHIMINI.
I JUST HOPE THAT NEXT TIME TAKKI WILL PLAY “NORMAL” DRAMA, WHICH ON-AIR TIME LONGER THAN 1 MONTH.

I’m happy… yeah… it’s a “special” only, but it’s better than nothing, and Takki is so busy, too.
I’m quite…indescribable over this. Of course, I’m happy because it’ll be a Takki-drama but I’ve just been waiting and waiting AND waiting for the normal 11 episode-drama – he hasn’t filmed that since 2003’s Boku Dake no Madonna. I truly believe that kind of 11-episode drama will gain him more attention. Sigh.
But as said, better than nothing at all.
yup~ at first, apart from not being a normal length drama (and a non-modern one), i was also thinking about the jackie chan movie ne, coz i really really want that to happen… but when i saw “2 roles” and “onnagata”, my eyes went @@~~ then i got so excited and couldn’t work lol~ not becoz i wanted to see him as a woman but kinda like, it’s a new challenge once again hehe~ tho i still hope the movie will happen as well but it’s highly unlikely now since filming starts this month! =(
maa, i dunno if he had to choose between the movie and this drama… one is a smaller role in a hollywood movie, and the other a lead role (ahem, 2 roles!) in a local drama sp.

but he like “jackie chan” alot,i’m suer they will be doing it sooner or later..
