April issues have T&T??? WHICH ONES??? Maybe that will save Sarah Ann some time. She’s not quite made it to NYC yet; they won’t get there until after 1 p.m. (Sat. 3/10). (This is her choir’s spring break trip.) Anyway….we have determine that the 2 stores the ladies recommended are both near where Sarah will be visiting (Times Square/Rockefeller Center). She wants to go in to the stores & grab mags with T&T because we do not have ANY place here that carries overseas mags. Don’t know how much time her chaperone & her group will give her for checking mags; they have to stay together & have to agree on where to go.
Gomen for blabbering! This is her first time ever on a plane much less all the way to New York. She is thinking of it as preparation for flying all the way to Japan ;) She bought an mp3 player just for this trip (vs cd player) and loaded it up with T&T.
Back to topic ^_^ pre-ordered A & B but used points to make one almost free.
glenda, i’m referring to the usual 5 mags – myojo, poporo, potato, duet and winkup. EVERY issue has T&T in it… this time i got the april issues at one go myojo & poporo comes out first, and the other three about 2 weeks later, and i usually wait for the sea shipments to come coz it’s cheaper (but i get mine 2 weeks after the air shipment ones). but yesterday, while at kino to collect my myojo & poporo sea shipments, i found out that kino was having a 20% off for this weekend, so i thot it’ll be better to just grab the air shipments of the other three at the same time…
btw, i still haven’t opened them yet. will do so later~ after i finish translating some baka takirens! hahahahaha~~~~
Thanks for the info!! Yeah, she had already called one place from home to see if they carried some of those & they do. I was teasing her about people asking “oh, you went to New York City? What did you get as a souvenir?” and Sarah answering “Japanese magazines with Takki&Tsubasa in them!!!!”
She called a few minutes ago. Their plane has landed & she’ll be heading toward the hotel soon. I am glad she has her feet back on the ground….now maybe I can relax a bit!

ehh, my jap seller is busy exorting so much $ frm me..just for stupid 9fanclub papers and 2 pamphlets..she is exorting USD$132 from me..(includes commission,shipping,paypal,misc fees..whn i saw d invoice..*_* )the jap seller told me it’s ridiculous tht enbujou pamph was sellin for ard USD$50 in YJA..!!!!!
…anyway,my local mag seller is a v.nice ger..she sells me so much mag clippings of txt at such a worthy price…*grins

oh, shuduck, mask pamphlet is only ma ma, but go con pamphlet is GOOD la! and for me, i really love the dreamboy pamphlet hahaha… and the fanclub bulletins are quite ex too if you buy from yahoo auctions. it’s always ex to get their stuff lor since yahoo auctions ppl always dun ship international.. sigh… but ah, u can start saving up for japan liao hehe

go con pamphlet have many nice pics, and apart from the cover (which looks quite *blah*), the inside is really really nice!!!! the famous takki in pink & tsubasa in purple pics lor~~ chou kawaii~~~~~^_^_^_^ so it’s a must-have! :)
