This is old “news” already but I wanted an entry on this~ just because it is the first Takki CM I ever saw on Japan TV. I first knew about this Nissin Spa Ou commercial when I went to the Johnnys shop on 4/25, and saw the new batch of shop photos! Then, I caught the CM twice on TV in our hotel room :) Takki, the Italian mafia boss, eating creamy carbonara pasta hehe… I think most people already have this, but if you don’t, then douzo hehe.

Need to mention that we can’t find a single box of this while in Japan!!! We walked all the combinis around our hotel, in Shibuya, Shimbashi, Kamakura.. not a single “Spa Ou” in sight lol. The only one I found was the round box type, in Takeshiba. I met a Takki fan from Taiwan at Harajuku (and then again at the FC ^^), and she told me that in Shinjuku, out of 5 combinis, only one was selling this… and it only carried stock of a few boxes ne. Why are Takki-endorsed products so hard to find…
And finally my Japanese lessons ended yesterday, with the muzukashii final test lol. Well, not exactly “ended” but there should be at least a few months rest before I do anything else or continue to Pre-advanced 1. In any case, results will be known tomorrow. And my sensei is going back to Japan *sobs* We gave her a teddy bear, chocs and a card, and when she saw the teddy bear, she went “ahh~~ kawaii~~ kawaii~~” she is so kawaii when she said that ^^ I’ve never really seen her kya like that before lol~ Sensei taught me from Elem.2 to Int.4, for all that she’s done, honto ni arigato gozaimashita!

my cousin is coming home for a short vacation. and im already planning on asking her to buy some of this noodles aside from the nissin seafood cup noodles that i really like. i just want to, at least, have an idea what this Spa Ou taste like.
Now that you mentioned how difficult to find this noodles. i think, as early as now, i should ask her to start looking. harharhar!
