Finally, a high quality version!!! This clip is 612mb, and its duration is only 20mins~ so imagine the quality :D You can really see the amount of work put into this drama, and all in really high resolution!! Yup, first Takki has to undergo all the painting before the filming. He looks really good to me like that haha.
He also had to act with “the air”? lol~ having to act with no one as a reference can be difficult. When he’s Yukinojo, he becomes very gentle, the way he talks, walks and cries rite.. The way he sits is so cute too, his right hand will gently swipe the kimono away then kneel down…
Then, as Yamitaro, he becomes cool, manly and talks in a deep voice. Irene & I were laughing at the way he just pulls his ‘pants’ up before he sits/squats! And we see a lot of his thighs when he fights!! hehehe~~ and so, Takki has to switch between both roles for the same scene…
Of course, he had to practice the kabuki dances too, for the female roles that his role played! Roles within roles… This is for the Sagi Musume scene. He looks so kakkoii in that kimono, yet kirei at the same time! And I love that little bun ne, it’s so cute!!
Then practices with another kimono.. and this makes him look REALLY KIREI!!!! The kimono fits him so perfectly! His sharp jawline still shows rather evidently, but the colour of the kimono and his moves were so pretty! I think this is my favourite part of the clip ^=^ (And the bun is still there hehe~)
And finally, just a couple more screenshots from the clip, which also includes interviews with other cast and some scenes from the drama. This making of was shown on NHK before the drama, on 3rd Jan 2008.
