Taking a break from studying now so decided to post something…
I’ve scanned Vol. 2 of T&T’s column “Konna Takitsuba, Dame!?” in TV Guide. This time it’s a Takki essay, and the pictures are so fresh and cheery. Mich loves it when Takizawa wears jeans and t-shirt. And it’s this kind of smile that has the ability to brighten up even the worst of my days.

Also, yesterday, Ribi, Wribbit and I were at Kino during lunch. Ribi was flipping through Myojo and when it got to this page, I kyaaaeeeddd coz he looks so kakkoii!!!!!
Then Ribi flipped one more page, and we immediately burst out laughing!!!!
THIS was what hit us:
*BWAHAHAHAHAHA* Totally dame yo!!!!!!! The most unkakkoii picture of Takki ever in the history of Takki?!? That pants!!! That expression!! *ROFLOL* …….. That really got me laughing for quite a while… Anyway, flip one more page and you get nerdy salaryman Takizawa-san (from T&T company) ~~~ ♥

Hahahaha! Takki was so much love in this magazine spread. I just cannot stop laughing at the white PE outfit that he wore. The high-waisted pants. *lol*
On the other hand, Tsubasa looks soooo futsuuu (except that I love his hige which is back!)… -_-
I wished he had hammed it up and coordinated with Takki for this photoshoot, that would have been perfect.
Ah yesh, since I have been named, I guess I’ll scan this spread tomorrow night after Japanese class and weekly obligations. ^^

I can’t stop laughing at that pose!!!! I can imagine him as a PE coach saying “c’mon kids! hit the stupid baseball!” ROFL~

The PE pose…I almost fell out of my chair this a.m. when I first saw it. Why??? Because I recognized what he was holding in his right hand! I bought one of those for my oldest son this past Christmas. It was so weird to see Takki holding a shinai. Wonder if Takki does Kendo or if that was just a photoshoot prop?

ribi~ ya i sorta wished tsubasa also did the dame thing, then we can have both our dame nattou boys in the same mag… but tsubasa look too kakkoii as a salaryman. he shud really revive dr. uso again~ LOL~
skammie!! haha.. until now, when i see THAT picture, i still can’t stop laughing! he’s like about to shout “YO!!!” reminds me a bit of the taiyou no kisetsu running team’s coach who always hold that “loudspeaker” thing!
glenda, i’m not sure what’s “kendo” or “shinai”, actually i don’t really know what he’s holding in the right hand too… but i think it’s only a prop for this “dame” photoshoot lol~~
nachi, hajimemashite, yoroshiku! i like takki for about 7 yrs too, since majo no jouken, but i’ve watched news no onna as well~ takki was already so cool at that age ya… he sure has grown up a lot since, into a fine man indeed… anyway, douitashimashite~ ^_^
Michelle, I would not have a clue either if it were not for Joseph ^_^ He is heavy into fencing…on uni team and coaches the newbies. He uses the usual fencing swords (epee, etc). He asked for a shinai so he could learn kendo which is Japanese fencing. My term for the shinai is “that big bamboo stick thing”…because basically that is what it is…bamboo wrapped together then a cover over one end to form the handle. There are probably more technical things involved to making one but to me it is still a “whacking stick” :p
ooohhh.. sou desu ne.. arigato, glenda. so that bamboo shoot thing is a “shinai” lol.. i think i saw Nao use that in ‘Taiyou wa shizumanai’? hmmm…
Takki is soo cute nerdie hehe.. I really wish to see Tsubasa’s salaryman pic, too~~ I hope that someone could post it somewhere… ^^;

hehehe…yeah, that does look like a ‘shinai’ and kendo IS sorta like fencing, Japanese-style. A close friend of my hubby’s is a black belt in kendo. =D He’s been studying if for many years back in elem. school/high school.
