Takki Tidbits

The poster for next year’s Shinshun Takizawa Kakumei has been spotted at Imperial Theatre. On the poster is a picture of Takki as Hideaki. Not much information is provided except that the show will be held at the theatre from the 1st to 29th of January, 2012. Hopefully there will be some form of official announcement soon!

Here’s a picture of the poster! (courtesy of Mykulala~ arigatou!)

  1. thank you for the update infor.
he will be very busy next year — Kakumei, Kabuki, Asian tour…….. can’t decided which one I should go with, any suggest?

  2. Thanks Mich!

Kathleen, I have loved Enbujou [seen once] and Kabuki [seen twice]. I wish I could see Kakumei. For a Takki fan, I think you see him better in these stage shows than in the concerts in a big auditorium with a huge crowd. The shows are more intimate.

  3. simone, giftzy~ u shud see kakumei at least once!! maybe this time? :)

kathleen~ as a takki fan, i’d also choose kakumei or kabuki.
i’d gladly give up the asian tour for a drama…

  4. Katya_alex, During the last week’s T& T concert in Osaka, they were unofficially announced that they may have Asian tour concert next year(2012) for celebrate their 10th year debut. That’s called Asian tour. And they haven’t decided yet which country + city they will go.

  5. @mich I will go to see next year kakumei for sure i wish i will meet u if u also go to see this butai
@Kathleen: did u go see T&T con. In Osaka?? Where is your seat?

  6. katya~ yup, there might be an asian tour, but no mention of the countries yet. but i dun think i’ll go, unless of course singapore is one of the destinations!

    giftzy~ honto? i hope to meet u too! :)

  7. Giftay, i wish I was there:(….haven’t have opportunity seen him till now. But i am seriously planing to go to his Kabuki next year.

Michelle, I guess the counties for their tour are Thailand, Taiwan, and Shanghai(China).

  8. i can’t believe that i missed so many takki tidbits.

this made me feel much better, though i’m not sure if i’ll be able to watch kakumei (maybe i can bribe a my friend to cover for me at work for a day for a weekend trip).

haven’t managed to watch tono in a concert yet, but i agree that watching his butai is a really great experience, that my aunt, uncle and cousin (non-tono fans) can attest to. :)
