1/1 (opening) show:
I mentioned yesterday that Kobayashi, executive of Ishihara Pro., was there to watch the show. Actually, Watanabe Kunito (the sushi owner’s son in Kokuchisezu & Taira no Kiyomune in Yoshitsune) from Ishihara Pro. too, was there. And this is an excerpt from Takki’s speech during the curtain call:
“I was watching the VTR from last night’s Countdown, and found that only we (the Teigeki group) had strange tension because we were rehearsing till the last moment without sleep. It looked like Teigeki (Imperial Theater) was the most raging/exciting.”
“Because of Nishikiori-san’s presence, rehearsing was very enjoyable!!”
“I’m very much delighted that during the Countdown, Nishikiori-san kindly said that his resolution of 2009 is to follow Takizawa, so I’d like to do my very best with help from my sempai.”
1/2 shows:
Audience at the shows today also received Takki’s “otoshidama”. Ishihara Satomi (Shizuka in Yoshitsune) came to watch the first show. Yokoyama (of Kanjani 8) came to watch the second show, and went up on stage at the end. Takahata-san (Takki’s mom in Kokuchisezu) came to watch too, not sure which show though.
Ai Kakumei Freebies:
The free clear files that come with the 3 versions of Ai Kakumei CDs have different pictures on the back. The front is the same as the CD jackets, but on the back, it’s Takki in a gray jacket, white shirt with black bow-tie. There are 3 different pics.
Calender:
The seal sticker calender that was mentioned in the previous post is of B5 size. There are 12 different pics of Takki’s face or bust-up.
Flowers:
Fans noted flowers from the following: TBS, TV Asahi, Nihon TV, Nippon Broadcasting (Takizawa Denpajo), Avex, Daiichi Seimei, Mayuzumi (Director of Yoshitsune & Yukinojo Henge), Music Station, Mori Mitsuko (narator of Enbujos), Miwa Akihiro (Miwa-san), Watari Tetsuya (Takki’s dad in Kokuchisezu & Taira no Kiyomori in Yoshitsune), Nan-chan (Kanizaburou in Yoshitsune), Hasegawa Tomoharu, Shimada Kyusaku, Matsudaira Ken (Benkei in Yoshitsune)… and more. But none from Kazuchan.
SUPER COUNTDOWN 50
“Ai Kakumei” took the No. 1 spot on Friday Super Countdown 50 (Radio Bunka Housou JOQR 1134) for 3rd January 2009, No. 932.
I like Ishihara Satomi. I’ll have to look for her latest dorama.
Surprised Kazuchan didn’t send flowers, she always seemed so fond of Takki. Ah, well, people are fickle. At least Takahata-san seems to have an enduring crush!
I hope that No. 1 spot in the countdown bodes well for the single’s sales.
Thank you for the information ^^
Do you think that by the end of the run they will still have those “freebies”? *slighly afraid that there won’t be any left*
Oh, and did you read anywhere how long one show is?
I MIGHT have the chance to see first Takki and then Tsubasa on the 25th – and that will mean rushing from one venue to the other… I just would like to know how FAST I’ll have to be ^^;;;;;;;;;;
simone~ all i can say is, kazuchan is a realistic person. lol. i dun wanna think of single sales now ne… kinda.. arrgh, dokidoki…
kiarachan~ i think they’ll still have the freebies to the end. i think we can confirm it only after 1/7, when the pre-orders end and the real sales start. i have no idea how long the show is ne, gomen… but i think it’s about 3 hrs? there should be a 30min break in between the acts.
