Takki Tidbits

1) Seems like there was filming for “Wan Wan” (Orthros no Inu) for Takki in Harajuku late on Sunday night

2) On Sunday’s “Gaki no Tsukai”, when asked something like “who do you wanna spend the night with?”, Downtown’s Hamada answered “Takki” :)

3) The Nagoya show of the Takisama Concert ’09 ended at about 9pm last night. The Wan Wan theme song wasn’t performed. And there were no Chibi Rangers either. But underneath the TAKIRANGER suit, Takki was wearing a Wan Wan T-shirt! Takki said that his entire body was aching from the recording of Tokyo Friends Park 2 the day before XD, but he told everyone to check out the show on 23rd! The Gokusen trio came to the show to promote the movie, and were part of the Takiren yankee group. The “Ai Kakumei” lines during that segment was similar to the first show at Yokohama Arena. There were 4 salarymen who were about the same age as Takki seated in the first row of the stands, and they shouted Takki’s name loudly, which made him happy.

4) According to the Wan Wan HP, the Akasaka Summer Sacas’09 event is back! It will start on 18th July, and ends on 31st August. Various booths will be set up at the event, including one specially dedicated to “Orthros no Inu”. Right above the booth, there will be a gigantic poster board. Never-before-seen pictures of scenes in the drama will be posted around the booth as well. And right above the gigantic poster board, there will be a large monitor which will be playing the Orthros CM. There will also be a piece of artwork (objet d’art) featuring a dog-like character named Orthros-kun. Merchandise of this character will be produced and distributed at the event later~ On TBS’s mobile site, you can also take a personality quiz and see whether you are an angel, or a devil.

5) Takki will be on the cover of next week’s TV Guide and Shuukan The Television (both released on 22nd July). For TV Guide, he’ll be on the cover with Nishikido Ryo and Mizukawa Asami. For Shuukan The Television, he’ll be on the cover with Ryo.
